Six views, one measured picture

Every competitor appears with its logo, in every view.

Overview

Your place by organic visits, the gap to the leader, shared keywords, authority and how often AI names each site.

Keyword gap

Keywords they rank for and you don’t, where they beat you, where you beat them, and the ones you share.

Top pages

The pages that bring each competitor the most visits, and how fast they publish.

Link gap

Sites that link to your competitors but not to you, starting with those that link to several of them.

AI answers

How often AI assistants name each competitor, the questions they win and the pages AI reads when it names them.

Profiles

Each competitor in search, whether AI crawlers can read its site, its structured data and what it is built with.

Keyword gap: the pages you could write

Pick a competitor and see the keywords it ranks for and you don’t, ordered by the visits they bring it. Each row shows monthly searches, difficulty, its position and the page that ranks. “Plan it” puts the keyword on your content plan.

Rankfender Keyword gap: keywords a competitor ranks for and you don’t, with monthly searches, difficulty, their position, their visits, their page and a Plan it button
Keyword gap: missing keywords, ordered by the visits they bring your competitor.

Top pages: what works for them

See the pages that bring each competitor the most visits, how many keywords each one ranks for and how many pages they published or updated in the last 30 days. “Write a better one” puts the topic on your content plan.

Rankfender Top pages: a competitor’s pages ranked by monthly visits, with keywords, top-3 positions, traffic value and a Write a better one button
Top pages: the pages that carry a competitor, and one click to answer them.

Link gap: sites that already link to your market

Compare linking sites and authority with every competitor. The list of sites that link to them and not to you leaves spammy sites out and starts with the warmest prospects: sites that link to two or more competitors.

Rankfender Link gap: your authority, sites linking to you, sites to win, sites linking to two or more competitors, and linking sites per competitor
Link gap: who links to your competitors, and which sites to approach first.

Who AI names instead of you

The AI answers view reads the same answers as your AI visibility checks: how often each competitor is named, head to head with you, the questions where AI names them and not you, and the pages AI reads when it names them.

Profiles: each competitor up close

A profile puts one competitor next to you in search, shows whether AI crawlers such as GPTBot and ClaudeBot can read its site, and lists its structured data, its social profiles and the technology it is built with.

Rankfender competitor profile: description and social profiles, a side-by-side search comparison and a table of which AI crawlers can read each site
Profiles: one competitor next to you, including which AI crawlers can read each site.

Frequently asked questions

Which plans include Competitor Intelligence?

Every plan. A full comparison uses 120 credits from the monthly allowance included in your plan.

Where do the competitor figures come from?

Search and link figures (visits, keywords, top pages, linking sites, authority) are estimates from DataForSEO’s data, not the competitors’ own analytics. AI figures come from your own AI visibility checks.

How fresh are the figures?

Each view shows when it was measured. Press “Measure again” to refresh it.

How do I choose my competitors?

Open “Manage competitors” to add or remove sites. Competitors are shared with AI Visibility, so a competitor you add in one place appears in the other.

What can I do with a gap?

“Plan it” on a missing keyword and “Write a better one” on a top page add the work to Planning. In the link gap, sites that link to several competitors are the first ones to approach.

Does it show AI answers for my competitors too?

Yes. The AI answers view shows how often each competitor is named in the answers to your questions, head to head with you, and the pages AI reads when it names them.
