Quick help inside Slack: send help to Rankfender in a direct message, mention @Rankfender help, or type /rankfender help.
Rankfender recognises you by the email on your Slack profile. Use the same email in Slack and Rankfender, or ask the project owner to invite your Slack email. The match is re-checked every 24 hours, so try again the next day or reconnect the project.
Your workspace may hide emails from apps. A Slack admin can allow it, or you can reconnect the project so Rankfender gets the email permission.
Each question costs the person asking 1 RAISA credit. Top up in Rankfender → Settings → Usage, or wait for your plan’s monthly credits. Alerts and the morning brief keep working.
Slack features need the project owner to be on Rankfender Pro, Business or Enterprise. If the plan changed, alerts stop until the plan is upgraded again.
Chatting with the agent in a direct message or in the Slack agent panel needs a paid Slack plan. On free Slack, use /rankfender, alerts, the morning brief and buttons.
The app was removed or its token was revoked. Open Project settings → Integrations → Slack, click Disconnect, then Add to Slack again. Do the same when Rankfender adds features that need new Slack permissions, or to change the channel.
One project: Project settings → Integrations → Slack → Disconnect. Whole workspace: in Slack, Workspace settings → Manage apps → Rankfender → Remove app. Rankfender then deletes the workspace’s tokens, Slack user links and conversation metadata. For anything else, email privacy@rankfender.com; we act within 30 days.
